核釋有關農業設施得比照個別興建之農舍免適用「建築物設置透水保水或滯洪設施適用範圍及容量標準」規定
MINISTRY OF ECONOMIC AFFAIRS Order is hereby given, for the interpretive rule that agricultural facilities may be exempt from the application of requirements of "Applicable Scope and Capacity Standards for Buildings Equipped with Permeable, Water Retaining or Flood Detention Facilities" according to the provisions which are applicable to independent farmhouses
現行農業設施容許使用相關法令規定已明定土地使用之限制，對於個別興建農舍及農業設施坐落以外之土地，仍應作農業使用，即保有土地原有保水及貯留滲透雨水能力。考量農業用地非屬一般建築基地，為符合農地農用之政策目的，農業設施依法申請建築執照，如涉及都市計畫地區建築物新建、改建基地面積超過三百平方公尺時，得比照個別興建之農舍免適用建築物設置透水保水或滯洪設施適用範圍及容量標準規定。
